Large double room
We have one room which is the same size as a King Room (17.8 sq. metres) with ensuite shower and toilet, and a king size (1.6m) bed, but it doesn’t have the designer illuminated beds which the Kings benefit from, so we call it a “Large Double” and offer it at a price between the Kings and the Doubles.
This room is on our lower ground level, but big sash windows and a 2.85m ceiling means it is still a bright and airy room.
Beds have high quality white cotton sheets and feather duvets, and 2 goose feather and down pillows and 2 man-made pillows. Extra pillows and blankets are in the wardrobes, so fully feather-free can be enjoyed by those with allergies (please let us know in advance if you need a feather-free duvet).
Fluffy white bath robes and complimentary slippers are provided for your relaxation and comfort.
En suite facilities are well stocked with Molton Brown products to use here or to take home with you.
Rooms benefit from flat screen Sony TVs, Sony DVD players and CD Players and you can freely borrow discs from our small library.
All rooms have complimentary apples which are replenished daily. King Rooms are supplied with 2 x 750ml bottles of complimentary South Downs mineral water each day.
“LUSH” bath bombs are in our rooms with baths, but all our guests can get an exclusive 10% discount at LUSH in the Lanes if they mention Nineteen!
