Weekend* room rates to Summer 2010
In common with Brighton's other good hotels we normally require a minimum 2 night booking at weekends, but this isn't always the case.

1 x Double Room “the den” @ £115 per room per night (slightly
smaller double)

x Double room @ £130 per room, per night.
1 x Large Double room @ £150 per room, per night - (basement
level, king bed)
1 x King Room @ £165 per room, per night - (shower only)
2 x Superior King Room @ £185 per room, per night - (with
bath and separate shower)
1 x Courtyard Room £250 per room, per night - (with its own private courtyard complete with Hot Tub which we fill with fresh water [and no chemicals] for every guest)
The entire hotel (8 rooms) can be taken for a 2 night weekend private party for £2300
All rates are per room, per night and include VAT and our famous breakfast, served in your room with your choice of Champagne, Bucks Fizz or Bloody Mary.

For single occupancy the above rates can be reduced by 25% (except Courtyard Room).
All rooms are en suite and well stocked with Molton Brown products. All rooms have flatscreen TVs with digital Freeview and DVD / CD players. King rooms have oblique sea views, illuminated glass beds and are more spacious than the double rooms.
We are able to offer in-room pampering, hairdressing and treatments.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, but a 2% surcharge will have to be applied if you wish to pay by American Express.
