All reservations are confirmed by email (or post if you prefer) together with our offer of Concierge services to help you plan and make the most of your stay in Brighton. We can help you chooose or book from our comprehensive list of restaurant recommendations, based on our own experiences of eating there (and paying to eat; we will not point you to anywhere that gives us a commission or other favour. But sometimes restaurants will give you a little extra because you are staying at Nineteen). We can also help you to select bars and nightclubs, and can even arrange guest-listing in some. You are also able to book in-room Pampering or Hairdressing services. We really are more than happy to try to arrange anything for you – just ask!

If you like we can arrange to have Champagne, flowers or even bespoke decorations waiting for you in your room.  And we only charge you whatever it’s cost us to buy anything in to do this, plus VAT.

It’s good to be green and use public transport, especially because parking is always a challenge in Brighton and no hotel here offers free allocated parking. But we provide “semi-valet” car parking if you choose to drive down, where we will jump into your car with you to find a near-by residents’ parking space where you can use the Hotel Guest Parking Permits we provide at £8 for at least 24 hours (eg park at, say, 3pm and the permit is valid until 3pm the next day).  This is half the price of an NCP car park, and means you can park close to Nineteen - often right outside! 

Our famous Breakfast is served to your room on white linen covered trays, so you can munch while you get ready for that business meeting during the week, or indulge yourself with breakfast in bed while reading your free newspapers and sipping Champagne or Bloody Mary at the weekend. All of our products are of the highest quality we can source, and many are organic. We will always try to be flexible with serving times, to suit you. We take great pride in serving breakfast to you in bed later than some other places have expected you to check out!

A wide selection of Teas & Coffees is available in our kitchen for guests to help themselves to. We do this so that we can offer you a much wider choice than if we had in-room facilities. Plus you get fresh, rather than plastic, milk, and there will always be biscuits and sometimes cakes to help yourself to along with your cuppa. And if you are having snacks or take-aways in your room you can help yourself to plates, cutlery and anything you need from the kitchen too.     

All of our rooms have hair driers, umbrellas, flat screen TVs, DVD and CD players and we have a small library of disks you can borrow from free of charge. There is an iron and board you can borrow to use in your room. We offer free Wi-Fi throughout and we can even lend you a Lap Top if you need to access the internet while you’re here. We will handle any documents you need sent to you during your stay by email or fax, again free of charge.

We carry a good selection of mobile phone chargers to lend you, and we have plug/socket adaptors available for overseas guests.  We also carry a small stock of personal amenity items to give you if you have forgotten your own.

Although we don’t have on-site meeting rooms at Nineteen, we can arrange private rooms in a near-by restaurant for Corporate Guests who want to arrange away-days or small conferences. In line with our philosophy this is arranged without mark-up or profit for Nineteen.

Check In is between 2pm and 8pm. Check Out is by 12 noon. It is normally possible for us to look after your bags after check-out, if you want to wander about before you go home.
